Nokia’s Sexy Internet Tablet: The N810

While Nokia’s N810 is not intended to replace the N800, it’s hard to imagine why one would get the latter instead of the former. The N810 is an Internet tablet that builds on the N800 platform… and improves it significantly. While the only way to browse the web is still WiFi, the N810 has so many cool new features you almost sort of forget the fact that, well… you need WiFi for it to be of any use.

It has a sliding, backlit keyboard, a front-facing webcam, an ambient Light Sensor, integrated GPS, 2GB integrated internal storage and one MiniSDHC card slot and a sunlight readable transflective display. It measures 5 inches in length, and will easily fit in a pocket.

If you feel like you need a dedicated device to get online, the N810 will fit the bill perfectly. At $460, it’s a little steep, but you get a lot for what you pay for,
